This Months challenge encourages you to move more, explore new ways to deal with stress and eat healthier.

The challenge is free for all members and begins Feb 5th.

Register at the club and earn stickers for your efforts Track your progress on our challenge board at the club.

Everyone reaching the end will receive 500 reward points and the 1st to the finish line will also win a prize.
