- 1 cup frozen mango/pineapple
- 1/2 a medium banana
- 1 cup of fresh greens (spinach, kale, or arugula)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond/cashew milk
- 1/2 tablespoon ground flax or chia seeds
- 1/2 a small avocado
- 1 scoop of vanilla whey isolate protein or plant-based.
- Add Water if needed
INSTRUCTIONS
