  • 1 cup frozen mango/pineapple
  • 1/2 a medium banana
  • 1 cup of fresh greens (spinach, kale, or arugula)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond/cashew milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground flax or chia seeds
  • 1/2 a small avocado
  • 1 scoop of vanilla whey isolate protein or plant-based.
  • Add Water if needed
