The 7 Day Yoga Challenge starts May 15
This is a great way to introduce a new practice or elevate your Yoga practice without attending a full class. This stacking challenge is an add on practice, each day we introduce a new pose for you to try Day 1 is pose 1, then Day 2 is pose 1 and 2 all the way to day 7 when you are stacking all poses in a row 1-7. All poses do not need to be in sequence or completed at the same time. For example you could do some first thing in the morning, just before bed or a part of your workout as long as they are completed. Send a picture of you doing each pose for 200 bonus reward points.
