Each day you will 4 challenges to complete (at home or at the club) Choose the exercise modifications that best suit you (be sure to challenge yourself) Each day you complete the challenge and check it off the tracking sheet. Each week you complete all of your daily challenges you will be entered into a draw for a prize.
