OUR APPROACH

Meeting You Where You Are

We design our programming to reach people at every stage of readiness, not just those already walking through our doors. PWFC provides access to various program options — self-directed and guided, in-person and virtual, individual and group — designed to engage not just those ready to join a fitness centre, but also those still finding their way toward a healthier lifestyle. Our three programming tiers ensure there's always an entry point, no matter where someone starts.

Awareness & Education

Workshops, risk analysis, newsletters, tips, blogs,  health fairs and open house events — building a culture of awareness before action.

Four Programming Pillars

Our four foundational pillars are the delivery mechanism for every outcome we pursue. Each pillar represents a dimension of health that's essential to the full picture — and together, they form a complete approach to lasting wellness.

Mindset

The mental and emotional foundation that makes every other pillar possible. We introduce and reinforce psychological tools for stress, resilience, focus, and purpose because the mind leads the body.

Fuel

Nutrition is a critical element to success. We provide practical,  guidance on healthy eating from meal prep to post-workout recovery helping members fuel their bodies as effectively as they train them.

Movement is the heart of what we do but it goes far beyond working out. We design activity plans for every person at every level, making movement something that integrates naturally into your life.
