All group exercise classes are fully included in your PWFC membership: no booking fees, no surprise charges. Our schedule runs from 7 AM to 6 PM, offering strength, cardio, stretch, and mindfulness sessions Monday to Friday.

Come and have fun, but beware: you might just build serious fitness and burn plenty of calories in the process.
