Feed Nova Scotia.
How GIV'R works: Contact us about attending one of our regular or pop-up
SGT sessions. Donate a non-perishable food item to Feed NS, and one of our coaches will give you a great workout experience at no charge.

ROLLvember
Get ready to elevate your fitness journey with
ROLLvember at Purdy's Wellness & Fitness Club. Every workout at PWFC (min. 30 minutes) gives you a chance to roll the dice; your totals add up over the course of the challenge, earning you ballots for a prize and chances to win instantly. You can track your progress on our tracker board.

MISSION I’M POSSIBLE
Set a personal goal that feels just out of reach, then let us help you close the gap. Over six weeks, you'll get check-ins, coaching support, and a community cheering you on as you prove to yourself that it was possible all along.

WHEEL OF FITNESS
Unpredictable, addictive, and a whole lot of fun! Each workout visit, gives you the opportunity to spin the wheel of fitness. With each spin fate hands you your challenge or a prize.

Yoga in the Park
Roll out your mat on the Halifax waterfront for an open-air flow led by our instructors. All levels welcome. Bring a friend, soak up the morning sun, and reset your week surrounded by the harbour. Weather permitting; bring your own mat.

National Health & Fitness Week
We're proud to celebrate Canada's National Health and Fitness Week. Expect a full slate of free trial classes, pop-up sessions, wellness workshops, and community activities designed to get everyone — members and guests alike — moving. It's our biggest week of the year to spread the word about wellness!

Healthy Workplace Month
Throughout October, we partner with Purdy's Wharf tenants to bring wellness into the workplace. Think lunch-and-learns, team challenges, free trials, corporate classes, and stress-busting sessions — all designed to build a healthier, happier, more connected workforce. Ask us how your team can take part.

Register for any active challenge or event through the front desk, the member app, or right here online. It's included with your membership — no extra cost.
Show Up & Log
Participate, track your progress, and log your activity as you go. Watch yourself climb the leaderboard and stay motivated alongside the whole community.
Win & Celebrate
Complete the challenge, earn your rewards, and celebrate with the community. Prizes, bragging rights, and — most importantly — real results are all up for grabs.
