BARRE

YOGA
Ignite your inner strength and flexibility in our invigorating Yoga class. This fitness-inspired session seamlessly blends flowing movements to improve flexibility, mobility, balance, and overall well-being.

CARDIO-BOX
30 minutes of kickboxing-inspired cardio that promotes fat burning and sharpens reflexes, coordination, and endurance.

RIDE
Fun & challenging drills on a bike to build intensity throughout this high energy class.

TRIPLE TARGET
Designed to challenge your entire body, Triple Target combines bodyweight exercises and weights in high-rep sets for a strength-meets-cardio effect. Expect full-body training that leaves you sweaty, strong, and energized.

CALM
Take a 10-minute break to clear your mind, then join our guided meditation to relieve stress and improve clarity and productivity throughout your workday.

CARDIO-SCULPT
Using a combination of cardio exercises and strength training, Cardio Sculpt delivers a comprehensive fitness experience. Feel the burn as you work every major muscle group, all set to motivating music that propels you through the workout.
