Group fitness and wellness classes for all levels and interests with a variety of times to choose before work, after work and during lunch hours. Enjoy Yoga, Group Cycling, Cardio Kickbox, Pilates, HITT, Strength, Drumming/Dance and Meditation, with a choice of class lengths from 10, 20, 30, 45 and 60 minutes.
We are a small club with a BIG personality! Our modern clean facility, professional clientele, and amazing waterfront views create a welcoming and cozy atmosphere for members to enjoy their workout time.
Convenience is a huge key to our success! The club is never overcrowded, so you don’t have to plan your workout around busy times. Plus, the ability to pre-book into classes ensures your spot and helps add structure to your week! Most importantly, we’re only an elevator ride or a short pedway walk away.
