HOW DOES IT WORK?
Personal training sessions are based out of Purdy’s Wharf Fitness Club in downtown Halifax, with no gym membership required. Every session or package purchased comes with an initial consultation. It’s a chance for you to tell us about your goals, your health, experiences with fitness, lifestyle, and nutrition. Your goals are our goals!

Amounts below indicate the price per session and do not include taxes. Partner, small group, 30-minute, and 60-minute sessions are also available. Sessions expire 1 year from purchase.
