When you’re lifting weights, you’re tearing muscle fibres. What you do after your workout is what will primarily help you build more muscle. This being Nutrition and sleep. Your body does most of it’s repairing while you’re asleep. Make sure you’re getting 7-8 hours of sleep a night.
