Darryl is a Can Fit Pro certified personal trainer, Ancestral (Primal) Health Coach and lifelong martial artist and meditation junkie who specializes in body weight training with minimal equipment. He stresses simplicity and experiential anatomy through mindfulness of the body. His focus with personal training is the development of the body in a holistic manner, using nutrition, various forms of movement, and a profound understanding of the mind and body by learning to read the signals it gives you at any given time. He conducts his sessions with a light-hearted nature, encouraging people to not take themselves too seriously and to enjoy what they’re doing. When he is not working, he can be found doing his own training, reading, getting lost on the internet or finding a quiet place by the water to sit with his eyes closed.
