I started coaching junior high and high school sports when I was 18 and I just knew I wanted to incorporate athletics and fitness into whatever career path I took. Fast forward a few years, two university degrees, multiple coaching gigs, and a varsity athletic career later, I am now a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor. I love what I do and want to bring my passion for fitness to everyone and anyone who has a desire to be active. As a personal trainer, I listen closely to clients wants, but also observe what their bodies need to design safe and effective workout programs. Workouts should also be fun, so I am continually learning new skills and training methods to use with my clients, such as TRX suspension training, Barre programs, and core and pelvic floor engagement. I make fitness a part of my everyday life from cycling all over the city (even biking into my wedding ceremony!), to try out the new fitness trends, my day is not complete unless I sweat!
